TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Bells & Rebels (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Bells & Rebels website and any associated services, content, features, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Bells & Rebels is a curated, private network intended solely for individuals who meet certain criteria determined by us. Membership is subject to approval and may be denied, suspended, or revoked at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You represent that any information you provide to us in connection with an application or continued use of the Platform is true, accurate, and complete.

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes: to connect with other members around shared fitness values, training interests, and lifestyle alignment. You may not use the Platform:

• For unsolicited marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes;

• To solicit business, employment, or investment opportunities;

• To harass, intimidate, or otherwise interfere with the experience of other members;

• For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of actual or suspected misuse.

As part of your interaction with the Platform, we may collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, date of birth, LinkedIn profile information, employer name, job title, city of residence, gym location, training schedule, and workout preferences.

All data is collected voluntarily and is used solely for internal purposes, including member verification, platform curation, communication, and user experience enhancement. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Bells & Rebels maintains a strict No Solicitation Policy.

You agree not to solicit or promote any commercial product, employment opportunity, coaching service, or investment pitch to other members of the Platform unless expressly invited by the recipient to do so.

We reserve the right to remove any member for behaviour deemed to violate the spirit or letter of this provision.

All content available on or through the Platform — including but not limited to the Bells & Rebels name, logos, visual designs, text, slogans, and brand philosophy — are the property of Bells & Rebels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bells & Rebels disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;

• Member interactions, meetups, or third-party conduct;

• Any breach of these Terms by you or others.

All use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
